Seaview Road

This major renovation was an original state railway home in Otumoetai, Tauranga. The clients wished to keep the character of the original house while adding a second story, garage and loft. The native timber floors were recycled into the new design.

The house was heavily re-piled to accommodate the upper level and the 3 tonne fish tank.

The small site was challenging for the size of the renovation, a resource consent was required here which CF Design managed.
